Harthwell is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (West Visayas State University College of Nursing, 2005) and Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering (Palawan State University, 2013). He earned units in Master of Arts in Nursing (WVSUCON, 2008), and earned his Master of Science in Environmental Management (Palawan State University, 2019).
